Staff replacement and Lisk DAO termination proposal

In order to become successful with your business you need to treat it seriously. I propose 2 things:

  1. Staff replacement

  2. Lisk DAO termination

  3. Most importantly we need transparency, full-time jobs and good team structure.

a) Team structure

  • We need to replace Max Kordek with competent team leader with experience who will have vision for future of this project. We need technology development that is to hire high qualified developers with good reputation to full-time work on lisk code 5 days a week to be able to create something pioneering and unique to strongly compete with competitiors.

Team structure could look like this:
Project Leader: Person responsible for setting goals, monitoring performance, accountability and representing project broadly
Team Coordinator: Person who is developer himself, responsible for developers work, assigning tasks, monitoring performance and bringing new project features to life
Developers: 15 people responsible for working on code, improving lisk blockchain and creating new features
Debuggers: 3 people responsible for fixing bugs and bad code
Marketing: 2 people responsible for advertising project, communication with audience,
taking care of a good project image (in internet and live). Why 2? For there to be competition and checking efficiency
Psychologist: 1 person who will take care of relationships and good atmosphere at work also responsible for making brainstorming meetings in which whole team discuss about what to improve
Lawyer: 1 person responsible for all legal issues

That is 24 person team in total. Team coordinator, developers, debuggers, marketing guys and psychologist should work full-time job that is 8 hours, 5 days a week.

  1. Lisk DAO termination

We should get rid of Lisk DAO and massive amounts of tokens intended for the DAO should stay unallocated and not distributed by airdrops etc. This tokens should be locked for at least 10 years so that project will have chance to grow.
