Question for lisk team

Hello, I’m curious about what’s going on with the project so I wanna ask Lisk Team this question.

What are you working on currently?

If I get no answer in 3 days time - that is 06.03.2025 it will mean to me that you are doing nothing. I assume in any serious project someone have to check foum at least once every day.

I don’t think it makes much sense to communicate what we are working on in a thread in the Lisk DAO forum with the arbitrary timeline set from your side.

There are multiple different progresses we are making, and it will be communicated through different channels, like https://x.com/LiskHQ or discord etc when it is ready and most effective.

Follow us on LiskHQ

This is not an answer. Be precise. I don’t wanna talk about what is planned I wanna talk about what are you working on at the moment. If you think “it makes no sense” then where should I ask this question if not here? I want to know what programmers are working on as well as lisk DAO. It’s simple question.

we are building DAO, and will slowly increase engagement. I think the team wants to be perfect about the preparation

Month passed by, how long will it take?

The DAO is here now. NOW WHAT??

How big are we aiming to get?

Personally i don’t think it’s about ‘‘HOW LONG’’ but ‘‘What to Expect’’, so i’d just advice you watch and see what the DAO is cooking up…
Although the LISK SURGE is enough to answer your questons

Surge? What you are talking about? Check lisk/btc chart we are at all time low. They are cooking nothing burger because they forgot coding and switched to artificial cooking from air. Lisk is downperforming compared to other crypto coins. We were at 425 position 3 months ago now we said bye bye and we are out of top 500 in market cap. Lisk DAO is very good at diluting holders capital and unlocking millions of new free tokens. You know what happens when projects like this are out from top 500? They vanish. I assume nothing is being done to rise the price. Nobody is buying only trading bots minute trades. Lisk may be attractive for Africa newbie students interested in creating something on blockchain but it’s dead carcass for investors. If it will be like that in 2026 1 BTC will be worth more than whole lisk project. If I can advise you something sell your small lisk bag and buy yourself pizza for it while you still can. First buy at least 20K lisk tokens to put your money when your mouth is and only then I will treat you seriously.

I understand your frustration, and you’re not alone in feeling disappointed by Lisk’s performance lately. The LSK/BTC chart does look rough, and yes, dropping out of the top 500 is a red flag. However, I think it’s too soon to declare it a total loss or “dead carcass.” Projects often go through long periods of quiet development or strategic pivots. Whether they recover depends on execution and market relevance.

As for the DAO and token unlocks, those are valid concerns. Dilution can damage investor confidence if not matched by real growth or usage. But still, dismissing any potential just because it’s underperforming now ignores how quickly things can turn in crypto. Think of how many projects were written off, only to surge back with one solid update or adoption wave.

I don’t need to “prove” belief by buying 20K tokens. Healthy skepticism is part of investing, and discussions like these are better when we focus on facts and future potential, not insults or pizza jokes.

Let’s see how the next few quarters unfold. If they deliver nothing, I’ll agree with you. If they manage a turnaround, we’ll both remember this thread.

I agree with you.
Lisk’s recent performance has indeed been underwhelming, and the LSK/BTC chart doesn’t inspire confidence. However, crypto projects often experience cycles of ups and downs, and it’s crucial to look beyond short-term fluctuations. Lisk’s development team has shown resilience and adaptability in the past, and it’s possible they’re working on strategic initiatives that could revitalize the project.

The concerns about DAO token unlocks and potential dilution are valid, but it’s essential to weigh these against the project’s potential for growth and adoption. Rather than writing Lisk off entirely, it might be more productive to monitor their progress and assess their ability to deliver meaningful updates and drive user engagement. By doing so, we can make more informed decisions about the project’s prospects and avoid knee-jerk reactions.
