Lisk burn or allocate was rescheduled to 1st July 2025 and the reason for that is that we want fair voting for community to be able to make decission. The problem is that we need 24m quorum and I propose to make exception just for this proposal voting and changing Quorum from 24m to 12m and at the same time excluding people belonging to lisk team. This would mean that community have to reach 12m quorum to vote for burn or allocate. Another reason for it is that not everybody will swap their lisk L1 to L2 and it’s obvious you won’t have 100% swap complete at any time. Changing quorum from 24m to 12m will allow you to make this voting happen in 2024. This idea of course requires adjustments but if you are against it, please explain why.
