Lisk DAO Season 2

I voted FOR this proposal because it represents a strategic advancement for the Lisk ecosystem. The proposed allocation of 3.9 million LSK is not only substantial but also well structured, prioritizing builder support, ecosystem incentives, and stronger alignment with the optimism superchain.
