Clarification on the "Strategic Investors OTC sells"

As the title suggests, I and probably others would like to know if these sales have already happened. If so, where did the money from the sales go? Did it go to the Onchain Foundation, and if so, is it included in the financial report? Or did it go to the Lisk team? How many tokens is left?

There is no malicious intent behind this question. But in all honesty, another 30M further dilute people’s holdings, and 100% of the revenue from it should go back into the Lisk ecosystem and not fund other Onchain Foundation projects/endeavours

All the money went to emerging markets to boost up growing of lisk ecosystem. Ask DAO, I’m sure they’re cooking something special for us in nearest future.
